1. Monthly scheduled visits from an engineer. Carry out full system check on all p.c's. Vacuum out dust from PC stacks.

2. Monitor and manage daily and weekly backups remotely.

3. Ensure servers are maintained and work correctly. Using online diagnostics and onsite visits our team can check for issues and rectify as needed.

4. Full telephone and remote support available during office hours from our West Yorkshire Office.

5. Unlimited visits from engineers for more serious issues. All labour included in monthly fee excludes parts.

6. Free delivery and installation of new equipment orders.

7. Monthly report on work done, problems detected and remedies applied.
